Pelvic Organ Prolapse: My Journey and Tips for Managing Flare-Ups

Welcome to my YouTube channel! In this video, I share my personal story of dealing with Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) and provide practical tips on how I manage flare-ups. As someone who has navigated the complexities of POP, I hope my experiences and insights can offer guidance and support to others facing similar challenges.

Get a sneak peek into my 2024 passion project! I’ve been dreaming about this program for three years, and now it’s happening! Join me, along with the Pelvic Floor Therapist team at Allied Physical Therapy, in providing ongoing care for those dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can encompass a range of issues, including incontinence, pelvic pain, muscle weakness or tightness, and conditions like pelvic organ prolapse. It’s extremely common in pregnancy and postnatal. Pelvic floor dysfunction can also contribute to issues like erectile dysfunction, constipation, and anal fissures. The interconnectedness of the pelvic region means dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles can manifest in various ways, affecting both urinary and bowel functions, as well as sexual health.

It's a broad term that covers various challenges related to the pelvic floor muscles and their function. This brochure I created is helping us spread the word about this exciting new virtual coaching program.

Feel free to share this video with anyone who might benefit from better breathing and pelvic health! I’d love to get more doctors and therapists on board. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I offer all potential clients a complimentary discovery coaching call. Book your session here:
