One of the best ways to get better at tennis is working on consistency. I like to practice against the wall because it helps me focus on a few things: my intensity and also where I place the ball. If I don't aim appropriately, I end up making it harder for myself and lose the consistency against the wall. I also like that I can focus on my own technique, especially when I record myself play. It's very insightful and I recommend that if you guys have a wall near you, test it out yourself. Record yourself and play it back.
