[RECIPE]
1.) We will start making our ricotta cheese mixture by mixing all the ingredients below in a large bowl:
15-32oz Ricotta cheese (depends on how big your baking dish is. Won’t alter the flavor if you have more ricotta cheese in the mixture than you need to)
Handful of Parsley
4-6oz of freshly shredded parm
one egg
You’re seasonings of choice. (I went with a little salt&pepper ans then some garlic and onion seasoning)
2.) Now we’ll start layering. It goes:
1. sauce 2. ravioli 3.ricotta cheese mixture and 4. shredded mozzarella cheese on top. (Keep layering until the pan is full and finish it with a layer of cheese on top before baking)
3.) Finally throw it in the oven to bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and that cheese is melted to your liking. (If you want more of a browning on top you can cook it with your oven on on broil for a minute or two at the end)
4.) Add chopped parsley on top and ENJOY!

Not conducive to a keto diet so the ravioli would have to be made out of almond or coconut flour for the pasta part.
