It’s less immoral than stem cells still it’s probably the saddest part of dead space 1 when that mother is holding her toddler and it explodes. The hive mind knows that even though the baby form is weaker it has a much larger psychological impact. My first time playing it when I was a kid I felt so bad and was freaked out killing them.
