Damn I wish we had deals like this where I'm from (South America)
I'd be buying guitars like this and upgrading them every month 😂

So I have one too...did all the same, swapped saddles to brass, did set up, headstock is ugly....BUT......it does indeed rock! One of my very best (very heaviest) budget guitar. HIGHLY recommend if you don't mind doing the minor mods

As long as the body & neck are good, no matter whatever else is wrong with it, 77 bux is a ballin' deal.
Just the wood is worth that.

I have one of these.....
1. Changed the saddles....
2. Changed the Bridge pickup to a Dimarzio Super Distortion wired split like the original.(I had a spare pickup laying around....)
3. Adjusted the string height and intonation.
4. Changed the knob on the selector SW to a smaller one.
5. Changed the head stock string guides to roller types.

About $50 in parts and strings plus a little bit of time. Plays and sounds good enough to compare to a Fender Thinline. But definitely not the same craftsmanship. We will see how long it lasts. So far so good.....

This switch is the classic Telecaster switch. I have the same "hat" switch on my MiJ JV 60s Telecaster.

These days the factories are all the same, same CNC, same know-how, etc. Cheapos' only issue is you get wild quality control, so I wouldn't buy online unless I can easily return it.

Honestly, all I did was upgrade to a set of inexpensive brass saddles and give it a decent setup. The frets were level, the pickups sound surprisingly nice and the tuners were passable after adding a little graphite to the nut slots. I’m actually astonished by how much I enjoy playing it for being less than $100.

That pu switch knob is what early Tele's came with.

At that price you should be in love if the pickups sound good. It’s super easy to change out the bridge and tuners. Even if you went baller on parts, threw a Bigsby on it and new pickups you’d still have a steal of a deal.

Everything, literally EVERYTHING you pointed out is a vintage style reissue. Tge irange color, selector switch, tuners, bridge saddles etc... All of that stuff is how vintage guitars were built

The Les Paul style one is the one I have from their brand just a budget guitar from when I started learning stuff and it has a super nice tone to it. My brother did all the different things he does with all the guitars. Saddle and such. Really beautiful tone and I honestly prefer it over the fender strat.

For a chambered guitar I'm surprised how heavy it is. It's as heavy as my les Paul. Couldn't get the action high enough so I returned it. The replacement was the same but with nicer wood so I kept it and replaced the bridge.

Looks just like an Axl tele i used to have. Was a great guitar. I played it more than my Nashville deluxe

Tried the green version at GC selling used for… $129. Luckily, I certainly didn’t need another Tele (style) guitar although I like the humbucker sound and the P90 sound. The thing I didn’t like? The middle position really sounded almost out-of-phase. Thin. Nasally. A certain midrange honk that was not pleasing or useful. I wonder if the one I tried had been miswired. The black one is fairly attractive, though, but the F-hole edges needs a few seconds of prep and painting.

Got mine in sunburst for $66 shipped! Worth it for the body and pickups alone...

You could think shin in the neck pocket to tilt your neck forward and that will let you lower the saddles and give you more screw play room

I bought mine for 75, had to change the nut but I've had no problems with it and love it

You have to shim the neck so you can lower the saddles to get the proper string height

My guess would be they've shimmed the neck and that's why you are having a difficult time with the action height screws.
