3. Craft Beer: They contain extra ingredients which make them extra tasty, which means extra calories, they are also generally higher in carb which equats to HIGHER in calories.

Choose your poison wisely, and for goodness sake fat loss doesnt have to mean boiled chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life.
