Okay, I get what she means with this and the sentiment she's going for isn't as mean as it sounds
BUT
Some people really struggle with their mental health and mobility issues. Them being unable to take care of themselves for whatever reason shouldn't disqualify them from having friends. Spreading this kind of message without being absolutely transparent is a dangerous message, in my opinion.

We wont be friend i woke up not wash my hair i just tie it directly coz i go straight to the stove cooking for my kids.. i love my self and my body i take of it by eating healthy foods.. being beautiful is not just putting make up and brushing ur hair.. some women dont have time for that..
