Let me start by saying that navigating single life in your 30s is not easy. Often, I feel empowered, free, and sexy, but at other times, I find myself questioning the path I am on, wondering if I’ll ever find the love I truly desire - a love that chooses me every day.

In the past, I hadn’t been so lucky with relationships, so for a long time, I believed the narrative of “not being chosen, not being good enough, not being healed enough.” It wasn’t until recently that I started telling myself a different story - one where I believed I was deserving, always chosen, loved, and adored. One where I believed I was magnetic, beautiful, and desired.

This was one of the hardest and most pivotal lessons in my healing journey, but it allowed me to let go and remove the layers of fear and doubt that lived within me and become a better version of myself.
