Attention: my thoughts are that in chapter 1 & 2 (of the lore not the quest) lana and Agamemnon sacrificed some of the coterie (past members of sudade or the people in the missing role). They worked for lana. So my theory is Agamemnon brain washed lana like he did to nurse Julie, and made her kill those people to make her seem like the villain, and if she was the villain everyone around her would hate her and if that happened she'd have a mental breakdown and just give up on herself, which Agamemnon could use to manipulate her and and sacrifice her soul, but luckily the patrons(regular members of sudade) tried to warn lana about this and she listened to the community and she is now free, but who knows what will happen
