As someone who wrestled for 7+ years, hitting the mat with a D1 wrestler is just different. There a different breed, literally there life is wrestling & nothing else. But man when it came to training with them, you did get the best training & insight on what it’s truly like & what you gotta do to be a D1 wrestler.

I’m more of a striking enthusiast as someone who has only trained Muay Thai most his life but seeing sequences like this and chain wrestling in mma makes me wish I started wrestling at a young age or at least in HS
