I can’t underestimate how many people who come to the shop saying the scanner tells you what’s wrong with the car after they try to fix it themselves. I charger two times more after people try working on their car. Get it done right the first time

Rock auto is horrible. Twice they wanted me to pay return shipping on items they sent a part for completely different cars. Once I got a bad turbo and they tried to get me to order another one @1k dollars pay to send back the old one for "inspection" and if they deemed it not their fault I'd be stuck with 2 turbos 😂😂
So yeah the 3 times I ordered from them they messed up but all the blame was on me. Ohh yeah they don't even have a customer service number or person to talk to. I found a corporate number eventually and they hung up on me 5 times and I wasn't even acting mad or talking crazy 😂
