Lunges always gave me more back pain, but side exercises help stabilize. So I need to look for your hypermobility exercises and build up slowly, slowly. In tremendous pain now because I vacuumed and lifted stuff to clean a little deeper on my day off. My body hates movement (instability) in perimenopause (such an oxymoron, I feel like I'm pregnant with such joint laxity and tender everything.)

😭😭 I am in the wrong class. I cant walk normal with my internal derangement of knee plus 13 years of arthritis there. Once upon a time and hopefully again before I die, but I'm 64.
