Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way: A Transformative Workshop

Participants from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China, and France attended this comprehensive workshop with me, ‪@YogiPatelTTE‬ and learned valuable skills and insights, becoming certified Positive Discipline Parent Educators. This training, developed by Lynn Lott and Jane Nelsen, offers a detailed, step-by-step approach to initiating and leading experiential-based parenting groups. Rooted in Adlerian principles, this program stands on its own or can significantly enhance any existing parenting framework. It emphasizes experiential activities that engage the heart, inspiring deeper understanding and meaningful change.

Participants learned how to teach parents to use discipline that is both kind and firm. This non-punitive, non-permissive approach ensures that discipline is respectful and effective, promoting positive behavior without harsh consequences.
