I don’t know shit about music theory, but I am a songwriter with a background in writing and poetry. Yung Gravy definitely used the word “Panera” for alliteration.

I think Panera is just a really versatile word. It’s melodic like John Green said, it implies money like you said, and it’s got a nice, hard consonant right at the beginning. And they’re a chain that everyone has seen if not eaten at, so it adds some relatability and anchoring for the audience, who almost definitely know what Panera is.
