Hammer toe happens when your posture swallows, not in a good way. Basically your feet and ankles are direct representatives of how your hip/sockets are aligned with the rest of your body. If you have a hammer toe itโs probably likely that you have scoliosis and a whole array of postural misalignments. The joke here is that surgery will absolutely address nothing, itโs like drinking diet soda instead of regular soda with the intention of wanting to more healthy.

Ive had this on the same toe since I can remember at least since 18. And never knew was it was. It annoys me so badly because itโs only on one foot and the other foot my toe sits normal. I always thought my toe just grew that way but this makes sense.!

I was skating one and i accidentally fell my foot hut the top of my skate i fell and checked on my food and i had a hammer toe. All i did is push it down. A static feeling came from that toe and it kept coming up. But as the little 7yr old i was i kept pushing it down until it stayed
