Ingredients:
Knorr Chicken Noodles 1 Pack
Minced Chicken 25 g
Spinach (Blanched and Chopped) 20 g
Garlic (Chopped) 5 g
Onion (Chopped) 10 g
Oil 10 g (2 tsp)
Cream 10 g (2 tsp)
Milk 30 ml
Oregano 0.2 g
White Pepper 0.2 g
Directions:
1. Boil the noodles in 400 ml water without tastemaker, once boiled drain the water and keep noodles aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok/pan.
3. Stir-fry garlic and onion for a few seconds. Add minced chicken and cook until done.
4. Add spinach and cook for another minute.
5. Then add cream and milk and stir well to combine. Season now with Chicken Noodle Tastemaker.
6. You can add white pepper as per your taste.
7. Add the noodles, and stir-fry well. Top-up with ground oregano.
Your delicious lunch box with Spinach Noodles are ready!
