idk who throws away a perfectly rack of ribs. its always been the case that they ask if any1 else would want them before it's tossed if there was a menu change or it was used as a staff meal.
sure restaurants waste like trimmings/etc. but this is cap
a more likely scenario is oops, we didn't notice it's been in the freezer for 2 years or oops, it's past its expiry date where we can't technically sell it but if u wanna risk it for the biscuit....
