Mostly a good job, except for some terrible cold solder joints. Invest a small amount into a better soldering iron and learn better technique. For example, you should never heat the solder directly with the iron. You heat the work with the iron, and when the temperature is right, the solder will melt. A small bit of flux also goes a long way to getting a good solder joint, which is especially important with a high current application such as the welding pen you have made there. Also read up on cold solder joints, why they form, and why they are bad,
