Or you can just use the conventional control scheme and have a button dedicated to melee attacks. Thats wgat ive used the entire time I've played Hunt

I love to see the OG hunt control scheme get some love. I have friends who played with me when it was default, and some friends who joined us later, and any who have tried the old scheme never end up going back to the new.

I mean, you can use that setting but it's not the default. The default controls are like all the other fps. The hunter option is just to lower your weapon at all times but you can just hold Q in the normal mode.

After more than 1k hours in Hunt, I still have a fiery love-hate relationship with it. On one hand it's one of the most unique games on the market, and it does a LOT right. The thing it does best, IMO, is the sound. It's absolutely perfect in 99% of cases. On the other hand, it has a significant number of cheaters and ping abusers flooding the servers. Let's see how the engine upgrade goes.

I started this game when it first came out, this was the original controls ar first, then they changed it to now have many different layouts and such, I still use the same controls I did when I started. Aka, these.
