Here is the recipe we used in case you would like to try it at home:
Ingredients:
β’ 5 large eggs, at room temperature
β’ 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
β’ 1/2 cup sugar, divided
β’ 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
β’ 1/2 cup low-fat milk
β’ 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
β’ 3/4 cup pumpkin
β’ 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
β’ 1/2 tsp nutmeg
β’ 1 Tbsp lemon juice
β’ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
β’ 2 Tbsp corn starch
Bake at 315Β° F (157Β° C) for 60-90 minutes in a water bath.
Allow to cool in the oven with the door adjare. Chill for 2-4 hours and enjoy.
