I think the best option would be low pasteurized milk, it’s not raw but it’s heated just enough to kill any diseases and it’s more natural than store milk.

Healthiest and one of the best food sources you can get, raw milk is much healthier and nutrien dense, also much easier absorbed than pasteurised milk, since it still have lactose breaking enzymes in it👍
