Box Squatting to Increase Your Vertical

Box squats are a great tool to develop an athlete's vertical jump, we can add bands and chains to the movement for accommodating resistance (as you squat higher up there is more weight on the bar).

I would program box squats for moderate number of sets and low to moderate reps.
Ie. 3-6sets of 2-5 reps
