Line 1 & 2 will give you current LAYER HEIGHT readout on your LCD.
Line 3 will pause the print at Layer 10 so you can change filament color etc
Line 4 will pause the print at Layer 28 so you can change filament color etc

NOTICE:
May vary with FIRMWARE, but you will have to be ready to change the filament immediately, because there is a time limit of about 1-2 minutes. After this the motors will shut off meaning they will not be locked. And ANY movement of the extruder during the Filament Change will result in shifted horrible layers.
