In 2019 Uber partnered with PinkNews to launch its Many Voices of Pride campaign. The global Uber campaign, created by The Elephant Room and helmed by Samuel Douek, goes beyond splashing the familiar six colour symbolic Rainbow flag to represent the many sexual orientations and gender identities that make up the LGBTQ+ community.

It also incorporates the stories of Uber's employees and riders and weaves in the various LGBTQ+ flags, to include agender, asexual, bisexual, gay, gender-fluid, genderqueer, intersex, lesbian, non-binary, pansexual, polysexual, black pride and transgender identities.
