Slimed up boat ramps be careful. Do not get your tires in the slime. Just like driving on ice. No matter the size of your vehicle if front axles aren’t locked in that truck is doomed. At least be in 4 wheel drive backing down. If your front brakes aren’t locked when you get out bye bye truck. That is probably what happened.
