Word of advice. If you try sleeping a normal amount of hours relative to you, but you still feel exhausted, it could be sleep apnea. If you snore, jerk about, or stop breathing while you sleep, go get checked! I used to sleep tons of hours and still feel exhausted afterwards, turns out, it's sleep apnea and now, with help with a machine, I sleep like a baby

As a 14 year old, I sleep around 5-3 hours at each night, all because our natural sleep schedule (our body clock) is later than adults so we can't sleep before 11pm and school starts too early around the world and 8am or even at 7am starting school is slowly killing us. If we only get that 9 hours on weekends and otherwise we get 5 or 6 hours of sleep, it causes mental health problems and many other health problems.
