Hi! I am Jenny Psarra, and in this video, in honor of Mother's Day, we will discuss how to show our appreciation for our mother and all the motherly figures and role models in our lives. They could be our aunt, our older sister, or a supportive mentor who believed in us and inspired us to become our higher selves. This is their day of celebration, and we are here to honor them and make them realize their importance to us.

First of all, we will discuss the importance of showing our appreciation for the motherly figures in our lives.
Unfortunately, many of us neglect to show our love for the motherly figures in our lives. We spend so much time with them, we confide with them, and they know our secrets and every little detail about our lives, but do we show them and tell them every single day how much we care about them?
In this part of this video, we will discuss about selecting the perfect girl for the motherly figures in our lives.

Number 1: Create something handmade just for them. It can be a handmade crafted card in which you can write a story about how much they inspired you to become the person you are today! Sometimes, we know the importance of these women in our lives, but they cannot read our minds, so we must tell them how important they are to us! Sometimes creating something just for them is much more valuable than buying something because we spent much more time in creating it just for them!

Number 2: Experience. Have an activity together.
Observe what their favorite things are. The point is to buy something that they can wear or have with them constantly.

Number 1 (2a): Food.
It may be their favorite type of food. For example, if they love Italian cuisine, you can make a reservation at their favorite Italian restaurant in order to have dinner together.

Number 2 (2b): The amusement park.
You may feel adventurous, so you can go to an amusement park to bring back childhood memories you shared and honor your inner child.

Number 3 (2c): Museum / Gallery.
If they love history, you can go to the local museum together. Each and every city has its one story and culture, and you can experience it together!

Number four (2d): Trip.
If you feel spontaneous, you can surprise them with a trip to their favorite city! Do they have a travel destination they always wanted to go but never had a chance to go there? You are there for the rescue! You can surprise them by having already bought the plane tickets and having already booked the ideal hotel rooms!

Number five (2e): Watch a movie together
You could buy the beloved motherly role models of your life their favorite food and watch a movie together about the importance of maternal role models in every person's life. And don't forget that you have to choose the film together. And, of course, do your research to have a top-five movie list with their favorite actors. The point is not to see just a movie but a movie with familiar faces and a touching and moving story. There isn't a better feeling than seeing your favorite actors on the screen, with a meaningful plot, your favorite food, and your family by your side.

Number 6 (2f) : A surprise party.
You could organize a surprise party for them to show your appreciation and adoration to them. Additionally, you could invite all her favorite people in this world to celebrate her all together because she deserves it!

Number 3: Clothes /Jewelry (based on their personal style always!)
If you observe that you love a particular type of jewelry that they love such as big bright earrings or a delicate and elegant necklace, and, then you can buy them a personalized gift just for them in their unique style.

Number 4: A notebook with their initials.
Many stores these days can put your beloved ones initials on the cover of a notebook. If the motherly role models of your life love writing and keeping notes constantly, then they will always have your gift in their bag. Pro tip: Choose the notebook in her favorite color, or the notebook could have a motivating quote on its cover that reminds you of them.

Number 5: A hug.
Hug the beloved motherly figures of your life. Sometimes, words can't describe the depth of your emotion, and by giving them a tight hug, you show them how much you adore them. It's all about emotion and human relationships; thus, it should be.
