The main reason of this brain-drain specifically for doctors is that it takes life time of hard work and sleepless nights to become a doctor . But when a BA pass is running a hospital and is instructing a doctor what to do and what not to , that’s insulting and death of medical practice. Which is exactly happening here but since doctors are on the frontline so they are being cursed .
There’s much better standard of living , opportunities and above all MERIT based selection in foreign countries.

Brain drain is not only migration of doctors and engineers. It is when young people leave country in search of better opportunities. We have witnessed people who were farmers and auto mechanics but when they migrated, they became millionaires and contributed societies hugely. These young people who should have been treated as assets, are being treated as garbage by our authorities. Once these people will reach better and secure environment, many of them will build businesses.
