‼️ Quad/Patellar Tendon Rehab 👇

In this phase of rehab, we want to load the quad and patellar tendons to make them stronger and durable.

🔑 Using a slant board allows the knees to go over and past the toes which loads the quads and the tendons more.

🔑 Doing a goblet squat places the weight in front of the body which puts more bias on the the quads.

🔑 Going slow (and probably slower than I do in the video) will help the tendons even more
