At some point I liked the challenge to dance around at home. But made me immune to work drama.

I have a boss(a woman) who keeps insulting me in front of a male coworker of mine who belongs to the same culture as I am. Yesterday she told him āyou need to check herā once in a while. And I was stunned and embarrassed by that insult with many people around to a point after coming home i had to cry and let it out how badly it affected my mental health and that boss keeps throwing such rude comments here and there yet i do nothing but respectful towards her. Can you tell me how should i deal with this situation if you have any answers or feedback. Iād love to know.
