Am I the only one having a problem with how they packaged the camera? Why did they not put the camera inside the hard case before putting it in the pouch bag? Will the camera not be damaged during transport knowing that it has a mechanical gimbal but no sturdy case protecting it? Will it bounce back and forth when it's in the pouch bag so having the hard case can lessen the impact during transport (technically before you receive it)?

Carries? DJI has akways sold 90% of everything thry make online. Store sales are a tiny percentage of their business with a 15 dsy return policy (30 on Amazon) why do you need it locally avaliable?

Probably not the type of comment you prefer, but I think DJI has been quite committed. Committed to NOT providing firmware updates to Pocket 2 that could have resolved tracking issues. Committed to being silent about support related issues pertaining to the Pocket 2. And that is why I'm guessing many people are going to take a pass on the Pocket 3... because DJI has proven what it is committed to provide.
