この日はまだオープン前のレセプションという事でしたが大変な賑わいでした。
東インド会社のシェフに就任した江口和明シェフ。
パフェ「ELIZABETH」は東インド会社のティーを使用。
ロイヤルミルクティーのアイスとベリー類のマリアージュが見事で、エリザベス女王の飾りをイメージしたチョコと一緒にいただくと幸せな時間を過ごせました。
ティーも非常に爽やかな味わい。
焼き菓子の「ドームアールグレー」「フィナンシェバニラ」と共にいただきました。
