Im pretty sure arima was decimating black reaper until kanike got a white hair ,he could have kept going even if hes quinqui or whatever the weapons name is got destroyed in half

umm actually when arima died he was at the end of his lifeline like he was 30 but according to his he was 70 it was due to him being the half human so in actuality if he was in his prime he would have cooked kaneki when v was creating arima they created him with just one thing in their mind i.e. strongest

arima def had a bad matchup with kanekis versatile kagune.
if he had used arata it would probably be joever for the entire verse- but i think arata would just be dead weight on someone like arima

I read the manga and yes, Black Reaper was evenly matched with Arima, but he couldn't keep it up for long, when Arima started trying harder, he destroyed Black Reaper, then, he lost control,Which gave Arima problems, perhaps, if he had a chance to win, but I doubt it
