At my company they get them the Class A and have them retake the driving test in a Class B 6 speed lol to get the auto restriction lifted.

Cool stuff. Did you ever have to deal with having the auto restriction? I'm wanting to take my test in the manual, but unfortunately I'm in a pretty short program and just wasn't quite able to pick it up in time so I think I'm going to just take the test in the automatic and go back and have the restriction lifted if I need to later.

I would rather have an automatic because going up a big hill and you miss a gear you can't get the truck back up the hill if you slip.
