The Rambam touched on this, but I do not see this in the "ultra orthadox" neighborhoods when I go to specific Judaica or Kosher food. I hurt my shoulder and got six x-rays, but I'm in the field and knew I needed an MRI. When I used to work out I did 4 exercises. Pull ups, dips, push ups, and some abs. I wasn't observant at the time so I didn't have a schedule. It took me about 6 months to get to where I felt so comfortable and I did 10 sets of 10 pull ups, (i couldn't do 2 good ones in the beginning, but i had a partner help me get on that bar). I never thought I would get to the point where it became routine, easy. I really want to get this shoulder fixed; after u get over the hump it becomes fun.
