Training every day 90 minutes as many muscle groups as possible as often as possible actually has me looking my best as a natural. He's right about "wringing out" the muscle. I think high frequency high intensity keeps me from storing too much fat since I'm always replenishing glycogen.

5 days a week.
1 hour high intensity heavy.

But 5 sets of 5 reps warm up for every workout set.

Yhr actuak set is less thrn 11 minutes and i go home.

Better results saves time and feel tired and grow next day

If you ask me I always thought Arnold legs were to shinny because his upper body was so much bigger, I remember your legs were so much bigger than most people back then but I love all you guys all of you were great.
