I love using the Scan and Go. I've been using it for so long. It's so nice that i don't have to stand in the lines and I wonder why all those other people that are in the lines don't use it. I also love the Scan and Go feature for the cafe. The line for food is like 10 people long and i can just go up and grab my food. So nice!

Absolutely LOVE the customer service at Costco.
All the employees I've ever encountered are so willing to go above and beyond. No Sam's for me! All Costco, all the time!

Idk Walmart seems to be all about having as few employees as possible and then not paying them well. Iāve never been to a Samās since they donāt seem to have them where i live so hopefully they donāt do the same as Walmart does at the registers. Itās pretty much Costco, winco or Trader Joeās for me because it seems like theyāre all very happy for their jobs and check out is important for them to have as many lanes open as possible.

The arches have scanners or cameras and fully scan your cart and it matches whatās in your receipt ; if an item was missed , the arches pick it up. I love my SAMS CLUB , they always have parking , stocked and everyone is very helpful ā¦ Costco lines & parking give me anxiety

I've tried both and Sam saves me gas by being closer, they don't care whose credit card I use as long as I have my card there, I love scan and go, plus better selection of drinks and more variety at my Sam's. Membership cheaper, too.

Absolutely only shop at Samās. I donāt have a Costco membership. But yes, the scan and go is the best! Been doing scan and go for about two years now! Hate it when I have to stand in lineā¦anywhere other than Samās.

Yessss. We tried scan and go for the first time couple of weeks ago and she told my husband, āSir, you can go ahead and go.ā without even checking the receipt. We were like they must be scanning through some new technology lol. The changed the game again for sure!

Samās Club treats their employees horribly. Iāll keep with Costco, employees are treated well, pay as well.

There is a definite difference in Costco and Sams with Costco having more luxury and exotic stuff. Sams is a bit more basic. Scan and Go though is terrific and I really donāt know why Costco is not doing something like it. Costco app is lame.

I prefer Costco but I'm irritated that there is now a membership card scanner at the entrance. š

I do like the scan and go app at Samās club but I prefer the items Costco carries. I think Costco has higher quality items and fresher meat than Samās club. If you want processed foods that are name brand then Samās club maybe a better club store. I much rather shop at Costco than Samās club.

I know of someone who was stopped because the scanner said a pumpkin needed scannedā¦it was her toddler who is a red head that got picked up on the scanner šš
