Lore:
Lana was fired from her job, and her cage was recently removed from underneath the dressing room (because of parents complaining of children getting upset). She was sent back home, but her parents were captured by the monster, and turned into a possessed monster. So we were sent to save her (CH1 Lore). Then, we visited the hospital, where we had to find the 5 map pieces. The monster in the hospital, was nurse Julie, head of the hospital, as the only remaining staff member. The reason she was the only staff member, was because she killed the other staff, as she was hallucinating because of the monster. Meanwhile all of her hallucinations, Lana had cancer, and Julie was treating Lana, but Julie didn't want to tell Lana to upset her because Lana's cancer was removing. U can find Nurse Julie speaking about this, in the video tape in her office in the upstairs of the hospital. I haven't got to CH3 yet though.
