Mohammad Yusuf has no experience of governing a country. He will be made to work according to American and Chinese interest which need not be beneficial to bangladesh.
Jihadists will also have major say in governing the country which may be detrimental to country's interests.
If this continues for long time, bangladesh will slip into the same mode as did pakistan some 25 years back.
Hasina may not be very democratic but democracy does not suit any Islamic state. Show me an Islamic country which is truly democratic, progressive and peace. If oil is taken away from Islamic countries, they will all end up in anarchy. Bangladesh is heading towards that due to:
1. Mohammad Yusuf with no experience of governance
2. Islamic hard core will not let it function in a peaceful way because development is not part of Islamic agenda.
3. Bangladesh has huge debt mainly Chinese debt and which will not become a burden
3. Industrial development will stagnate leading to non payments of debt interest and it's principal amount.
Rest of obviously is Pakistani path.
