so I'm Italian and this is an Italian recipe, the ingredients are pecorino romano Wich is a cheese (cacio), spaghetti and pepper(Pepe)
you can find a recipe that's good from Italian sites like giallo zafferano for example. have fun cooking it!

the spaghetti are overcooked, you have to leave them al dente and finish cooking in the pan. you don't have to use parmesan cheese, but pecorino romano. if you do this, the recipe will be the 🔝🔝
