I drink alone, my husband might have one beer every 3 or 4 months. Therefore I don't have ANY social pressure to drink. I try to exercise regularly, mostly having a very big garden and walking. We eat very healthy food. However, I go through an almost daily torment of promises that I will Not drink tonight, but end up with a beer by the afternoon and into the night. I have tried numerous supplements and therapy. I get obsessed thinking about drinking. I wonder if I will ever really get sober? Thank you for the interesting results of online test of Bain Type 3, but where do I go from here???😢
