Milos Raonic as noted below is one of the fewer players to use an eastern grip even on the flat serve. It's less extreme than it may appear because he also bends his wrist. Agree with toss, chest and rainbow aspects. Pronation is there because there is an amount of energy that goes into the ball, lest there be no forward trajectory of the ball. Pronation is always an effect of changing the lead on edge into contact.
Other than that: kudos for providing 5 useful tips in 1 minute. You don't dwell on it!

The sad truth is he lost 70-80% of recreational tennis players when he said you gotta have a Continental grip. It’s sage advice but it’s just not gonna be implemented by the majority of rec level tennis players.
