One day as I was taking communion I realized that the baking process looked like bruises on the cracker, then I noticed there were holes put in it as well, Then I realized an old scripture: He was pierced for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities and by his stripes we were healed. I take communion every day of my life and I quote things over myself like sickness and disease have no power over me for the spirit of life Peter 2:24 permeates my body with life and health⦠etc etc. if god spoke the world into existence, then I have the same power as him, cuz I am created in image and likeness !! Praise God !!
