She is like the only few successful real estate agents that tells you to just approach random people on the street, which is organic lead generation. You are trying to catch a just so happy moments and it happens more than you think especially they can talk to a lot of people.

Yes... tone it down. Chasing shiny objects is very dangerous to your pockets. Also, branding yourself is important. After all, this is a relationship business. That is why I created a Trust Website instead of a house gallery site. What is everybody doing to build trust?

There are so many way to market yourself. Biz cards, flyers, tshirts, advertising, word of mouth, etc etc etc... but you still need a website at the end of the day

Its very easy to generate leads throught meta ads, have been doing for a while and the leads are costing reasonably well for me. The quality has improved and with right targeting, i an loving it!! Hehe hope everyone is able to do it.

I couldn't agree with you more. The way I have generated leads and I still do is by driving Uber and Lyft.

I get an opportunity to talk to people for about 5 to 10 minutes. Of course you got to be tactful you don't just start talking about real estate it has to come into the conversation somehow.

At the same time I'm making some cash which is important at the beginning of your career. The hope is that some of those leads materialized to business and I don't have to drive anymore but maybe I still will if I see that it's lucrative.

That's a lot of work for. A potential deal that may never even be a possibility. HOWEVER, It is networking and that does potentially produce leads. Idi about Starbucks but any type of networking with the right folks will fruit some luck
