911 created a Stasi police state and created NORTHCOM, Fusion Centers, Citizens Corps, watchlist, domestic FISA, USA PATRIOT Act. It only makes sense that all of these resources would go together. NORTHCOM is command and control and has partnerships with 60 organizations and a super Fusion Center with partnerships with 14 agencies.
