i was fasting for 1-2 days every week while being in a weekly caloric deficit. never lost so much fat that fast ever before.

Imma go lift heavy tonight, I’ve had 2 carbed up meals, gonna lift heavy for 1-2 hours, last meal is all protein and fruits, fast for 2-3 days and lift heavy while at it 💪🏽

I do the best thing. OMAD. And I make sure I hit my protein by eating it first (1kg whole chicken), and if I’m not too full yet, I’ll drizzle some honey on rice and bingo.

Man it gets confusing, I thought I need to eat while lifting heavy, and have a lot of protein to gain muscle , but I wanna lose fat. But if I starve myself and lift I won't have gains or barley any weight loss

My relative having hiccups from last 2 years earlier it was continuous but now it comes when she does any water related activities like clothes , dishes, bathing she has OCD but now suddenly she is also getting hiccups try many solution but didn't work please help
Brain MRI report came normal , upper endoscopy came normal

Please help me Dr also can't able to understand the root cause and how to stop this they are clueless as they never encountered such problem
