I suggest appropriate PPE in this situation

Another great informative video!
Suggestion...
Whether mixing bags of concrete or pouring polymeric sand or sanding drywall, it is STRONGLY advised to wear a dust mask!
The inhalation of silica dust can cause scarring in the lungs (Silicosis) and lung cancer!

He says, clean up the silica dust…
Then leaf blows it without a respirator 😂

Pulmonary silicosis is a thing my friend. Protect your lungs and upper respiratory tract from chronic disease. Wear PPE.

Really needs to be said how important it is to make sure you absolutely get ALL the sand off your surfaces BEFORE wetting it. It will set up and cause an unsightly haze on your pavers if there's any loose sand or sand dust left on the surface. Also, I know he mentioned it but didn't show it. Strike those pavers lightly with a hand tamper after putting some sand on the surface. You'd be surprised how much will fall deeper into the cracks with just a little vibration.

Use 0/2 sand, push it into the cracks with a broom, pour water with low pressure, with a regular garden hose shower head mode for example, and once it's dry in a few hours or next day, do the same thing again. Do this 3 or 4 times because everytime you pour water, the sand that was blocked in-between the cracks go further down. When you're finished your 3rd or 4th pour, the cracks should be filled entirely so those stones will not move ever again even if a truck is going over it repeatedly.

Polymeric sand says right on the back of the bag to wear a mask and glasses. It’s a super fine dust that is cohesive when in water, not something your lungs or anything else inside you would really appreciate. Good use case, bad application

As someone who work in a concrete plant, wear a mask when doing this. That dust is no joke

I've used this stuff a few times it does okay, that said I find ants like to build colonies in it after a year or so which allows for weeds to start forming between the gaps.

Always seem to have to reduce it every couple of years.

The neighbors hate you for that blower.

I spent two days scraping my flagstone patio, sweeping that stuff in and tamping it in. Followed instructions perfectly. It's all just flaking out and blowing away. Might as well be regular sand. Don't know if I got a bad batch but it didn't set at all after wetting. Probably will not ever use that product again.

Top tip: eliminate the roll of one use plastic tape and get some sheets of cardboard from a delivery box to barricade the gutter for free.

Informative guy but I would not use blower. On another day I would use the hose for driveway. Or use a hanky or mask with blower. It's preference.
