So in the full video, this dude got ejected up and out of the turret when the vehicle got flipped. The hole he was in, was the suspected IED location, you can see the debris from the MRAP scattered around.
Everybody inside the truck did live thou with various wounds. If I remember correctly, the most serious (immediate) wound was some broken bones. Alot of concussions obviously. The rest of the element showed up a few minutes after and then a MEDEVAC was called in and got everyone out.
