Wall Slides- Here is another great pre-workout stretch from @heapheaphurray that will give you increased shoulder mobility and improve posture after a long day of being hunched over at a desk.

Start with feet 6 inches away from the wall and place your butt and upper back against the wall.

Put hands up to a 90 degree angle (like a touchdown sign), BIG exhale and then reach hands up as high as you can while keeping contact with the wall. These need to be slow and controlled throughout the whole movement. The end goal is to get your biceps to your ears, while maintaining contact with the wall.
