¼ 茶匙 鹽
2 茶匙 味醂
1.姜、油，3/varoma/1爆香
2插入蝴蝶棒，加入所有食材，30/100/極慢速+反轉
重點：食材要均勻放入蝴蝶棒兩側，如果蝴蝶棒掉落，就倒出來重新擺放。
剛煮完試吃很咸，稍微放一下後配飯很剛好，會一碗接一碗，一家四口兩大兩小大約兩餐就能消滅掉
